You can add description for a program/file located on MyTopFiles using PAD format (Portable Application Description).

Format specification: http://www.padspec.org/spec.php
To be correctly added a PAD-file must contain:
- Link to the file which is the same as the link on MyTopFiles;
- File/program name;
- File/program version;
- File/program description (2000, 450 or 250 characters);
- Link to the file/program site.
