Ulead PhotoImpact X3

The company has released a new version of Ulead raster graphics editor PhotoImpact. All innovations can be found in the official press release and on the comparison sites (compared to the previous version).

PhotoImpact considered to be a professional editor of raster graphics. It may boast clear and understandable interface fairly well placed, small size and a broad array of different supplements (textures, patterns, effects). Also the program has a built-in tools for web development.
