Update of the multi-pager Miranda IM. This release includes a new SSL-Library (now not required to use OpenSSL) and fixed minor bugs.
In my opinion, the most worthy replacement of all Internet paging systems together. If you need minimalism, the base without additional plug-ins - an ideal choice.
Overall: The program has small size of distribution, high speed, supports all popular internet paging systems, and fully customizable interface, which is extremely important, support for plug-ins, which can be considerably extend functionality.

OpenOffice is a sufficiently powerful office package distributed on the basis of open source. It is able to become a worthy replacement of office packages from Microsoft. Further popularization of program is only a matter of time, OpenOffice deserves.
The package include: word processor, spreadsheet, presentation program, graphics editor, as well as components for constructing mathematical formulas and diagrams. The package also includes modules for export and import documents in the most common formats, including formats for MS Office.

Updated version of alternative text editor Abiword.
The program is a free text editor with lots of capabilities. This, of course, exaggeration, but we want to say that the program is almost comparable to Microsoft Word. There is support for all popular formats, including MS Word (by importing). Also support for: plug-ins to enhance functionality; spell-checking; styles; unrestricted rollback; search / replacement; paragraphs; formatting and many other functions.
The version for the Linux operating system is available in the repositories distributions.
