An updated version of the free graphical editor Paint.NET has been released. This version adds the effect of noise, the key combination Ctrl + W closes the program if there is no open files and correct errors.
Program developer positioned it as a replacement for MS Paint (part of Windows). He has more opportunities than it MS Paint has, including very sophisticated: Work with layers; different effects; work with the scanner and camera, red-eye correction, scaling from 1 3200% support plug-ins, etc.
